1. Who we are
The zharkov.dev website is operated by zharkov.dev. Contact for any data questions: hello@zharkov.dev.
We act as a data controller in two roles: for site visitor and lead data — as a service company; and for business data compiled from publicly available sources into datasets (lead databases) — as the controller that builds and delivers those datasets to buyers.
2. What data we collect on the site
- From the lead form: your name, the contact channel you pick (Telegram, WhatsApp, phone or email) with the contact itself, and a comment about the task.
- From the calculator: the options you selected and the resulting estimate — so we can prepare a quote.
- Technical data: analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), landing and visited pages, traffic source, ad click identifiers (gclid, ttclid), device and browser type, and city/country resolved from the IP address on our server.
For visitors from the EU and the UK, analytics and advertising cookies are enabled only after consent (Consent Mode v2).
3. How we use lead data
Form data serves a single purpose: replying to your request and preparing a quote. A submission reaches us in a work Telegram chat and by email, and is stored in a protected record sheet — these are our internal processing channels, not a transfer to third parties.
We do not sell lead data, do not share it with third-party companies for marketing, and do not add you to mailing lists without separate consent. Analytics data is used in aggregate — to evaluate ads and improve the site.
4. Data in datasets (lead databases)
For the lead-database product we collect and process company data from publicly available sources — public directories and company websites. The legal basis is legitimate interest; we have carried out and maintain an internal legitimate interest assessment (LIA).
- Data categories: company name, business category, address, phone, website, and business emails — where publicly available.
- Sources: open public directories and company websites.
- Recipients: dataset buyers. Upon delivery the buyer becomes an independent controller of that data and is responsible for the lawfulness of its further use.
- Retention: no longer than 12 months from collection — after that the dataset is refreshed or deleted.
Sole-proprietor records may contain personal data — all the rights in section 6 apply to them, including removal via the Remove my data page.
5. How long we keep data
- Lead data — up to 24 months after the last contact, or until your deletion request, whichever comes first.
- Dataset data — no longer than 12 months from collection.
- Analytics data — standard Google Analytics 4 periods, up to 14 months.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
To exercise any right, write to hello@zharkov.dev. We respond within 30 days.
7. How to delete your data
The fastest way is the form on the Remove my data page. We delete records within 30 days and add them to a suppression list, so they will not appear in future data collection either.
